Schneider Electric interview questions

I recently had a telephone interview with Schneider Electrics for a Project Management. Firstly, they wanted it to be the next day, not thought of my schedules, which I moved to 48 hrs later. I was astonished the Director had no understanding of the role I was being interviewed for or my current one. Both him and the second panellist kept leaving the interview, which was via team, which I found condescending and unprofessional. Honestly, I am bemused at level of leadership and making effective decisions at this organisation considering all the façade in my opinion at their website.

Good start with the Hirevue interview. Then had a face to face call with the manager and then a case study based on the topic given by them. The case study was on EV supplements market projection and growth. This also included in creating a dashboard to provide key insights into the market and the future of EV supplements grid.
