I applied online. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Smyrna, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
Interview team was knowledgeable about the role, but lacked in timeliness. I stated that I am passionate about making processes better and cutting out wasted time. The next step in the interview process would be to bring the candidate back in and test on spreadsheets to make sure they are fully aware of the amount of data that is required. My suggestion is to make the interview 30 minutes longer to do it all at one time and not waste the interviewer nor the interviewee's time. Process improvement.
