Hiring consists tree interviews: recruiter interview (was out of office), meetings with head of solution department and HR BP (in one day). All of them were nice and professional. Recruitment specialist sent me an offer and I accepted it.

Interview
Brief interview with hiring manager followed by 2 hour panel interview with senior employees. Wrapped up final interview with hiring manager. Overall it was an easy process and none of the questions were technical or difficult. Most of the questions were hypothetical based questions involving personality and leadership.

Interview
Found opportunity on company's web site. Submitted resume and cover letter. Weeks later was contacted and arranged a phone interview. That went well, so next had one-on-one meeting with hiring manager. Was told that I would be contacted soon. About four weeks later I was contacted by HR and went on site to talk with them. Finally, had a tele-conference with firing manager's manager and about a week later was offered the job.
