Interview
The process has been smooth, clear and everyone is very nice and polite.
I am on the third round of interviews, first was a basic screening with HR, second a interview with the hiring manager with background questions and he mentioned a clear set of activities required for the position, what is he looking for, and expectations, everything nice and clear.
For the third round, was a panel with HR and VP of the division, is was the funniest and relaxed interview I had so far, they were so happy and expresses their gratitude and passion for working in this company, which made me realized the great work environment they have and the trust they have in each other.
I am still waiting for the final decision but so far has been a great process.
