The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric
Interview
The interview process was fast. I was cold called for the HR portion which was jarring but the interview with the team was pleasant. I think we did not fit and so a few days later they did not extend an offer. I appreciated how fast they came to a conclusion instead of dragging it out. Overall, I would definitely apply again.
Unas preguntas donde debias grabarte sin tiempo de preparación. No me gustó nada. Tenias dos minutos para responder cada pregunta y solo un intento. Un poco demasiado de presión. Además que no refleja nada... .
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Sydney) in Jan 2024
Interview
One interview with the hiring manager. Asked mainly in depth about my previous experience and my background. Also asked some scenario style questions about software support.
I applied for this position in October 2023 and only in January 2024 did they reach out to me asking for an interview. I had forgotten I had even applied!
I received an offer promptly after the interview, however after this I did not hear anything back from them regarding what to do on my first day. I did decline the offer just before I started due to a seperate offer. I never heard back from them.
