The process was very direct in which the employer informed me what was expected for position and business/casual as far as interview, Which made it more comfortable. Was interviewed by knowledgeable managers who were fully competent on expectations for the role given, definitely gave me good insight on position that I applied for and what to expect if you continue in the position chosen. I appreciate the transparency.

the interviewer was late because she wasn’t informed about my interview which doesn’t make the company look good, it was online from abroad in english as we were different nationalities
