Schneider Electric interview questions

It was nice converation with open and transparent discussion. There were many interviews and many discussions about technical and soft skills. During job interview, I understand that technical and soft skills are highly required. Technical skills are LV, MV, HV, protection system and SCADA, and human skills.

There were 2 Technical rounds and 1 Manager round. I had done good in 2 technical rounds (Advanced Level)and had been selected for Manager round and on the next day HR team asked me to share Aadhar doc since then waited for them to comeback with HR round discussion and I had waited for 10 days. When i called to HR (Rajini) she mentioned that your manager round didn't go well even after I had healthy conversation answering all the questions.
