Schneider Electric interview questions

Started with an hireView virtual interview with basic behavioral questions. Then had an interview with sales manager. Then had a panel interview where I was questioned to see if i fit the company culture.

Very nice team doing some great work. Unfortunately the interview process was very slow, taking over two months and waiting 2-3 weeks between hearing back. A couple of hours after one of the final interviews I received an automated email seeking feedback for the interview process noting I had been unsuccessful. After following up with the recruitment manager, I was informed it was a mistake that that was sent out first and that despite interviewing well they decided to change the role. Deeply frustrating to get to the final stages of the interview process, only to be told then they had decided to change the job description. A complete waste of 2 months.
