Applied online, I got an email from the Manager to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Was quick and easy, and was more of a casual friendly conversation. Mostly just went over background, previous experience, etc. Didn't hear back from the interviewer for almost two weeks, I emailed them back for an update, and they had moved on with other candidates.
