Interview
I applied at the end of August then I've received an email in mid-September to complete a hirevue interview (basic questions, you can practice your answer before your start recording yourself but you only get one attempt). 3 weeks later I had a video interview with HR and 2 VPS during which I had to present a case that I've prepared beforehand. 2 weeks later I had the last interview with a marketing manager. Overall, everyone was friendly.

The first round consisting 30 mcqs on electrical, all question were okay.
Next is the technical interview where they asked resume related stuff. The last round was HR. The shortlist after the first round came after a week. The interviews happened the same way
Relatively casual , met first with HR rep, asked a few questions then took an assessment. Then met with hiring manager for a longer conversation and concluded with the HR rep. Total time was about 2 hours but will depend on how long you take on the assessment.I should say they are not willing to train you and expect you to be able to start right away; they dont have the capacity to train technicians beacuse they are a small company. High precautions for covid, hand sanitize and they require you to wear a new mask when you walk in. Additionally you are not permitted to use the restroom due to covid.
