Das Bewerbungsverfahren war an eine externe Unternehmensberatung ausgelagert. Dadurch war der Bewerbungsprozess sehr strukturiert durchgeführt und die Reaktionszeiten auf die Bewerbung und den jeweils nächsten Schritt sehr zeitnahe.
