First interview was a video interview, using the HireVue platform. This is not a 2 way video, but a recorded interview. Two weeks later, I had an onsite interview. After the interview, I was given a plant tour. Both interviews were mainly behavioral questions.

I was interviewed once for the other buyers, the manager never talked to me. Some of their questions were not very specific, like: "how do you work with suppliers? ". A big part of the interview was basically them telling me how hard is their job and how they see very difficult for someone else to do what they do. They made their assumptions on my resume, they told me that I had worked in companies where everything works perfectly.

Interview
The process started with me applying on the job posting on 2 to 3 different platforms namely the Schneider Website, LinkedIn and a job portal.
Two weeks later I received an email from the Hiring Manager expressing his interest in scheduling an interview over skype.
After the first round, I was informed that his supervisor would like to interview me, that occurred the following week.
3rd interview was in person at their nearby office with one of the potential team members the following week.
During the 4th week, I was interviewed by 2 members of the HR team.
There would've been a fifth interview if the concerned person wasn't on a business trip at the time!
