First had a phone interview after applying online. Was asked to come to an on site interview in Nashville which would take the whole day. Met with numerous engineers. Asked several technical questions, mainly on transformers and basic controls questions. Toured the plant and met with other team members. Had an exam which was long and only had technical questions. Really enjoyed the experience.
