Schneider Electric interview questions

Had brief phone screen with recruiter - about 30 minutes. Interviewed with hiring manager for about 40 minutes via skype followed by a call with hiring managers peer later in the week. No formally prepared questions from either manager and it was unclear what they were looking for in the role. I spent time recapping my resume with each and neither asked behavioral interviewing type questions.
