Schneider Electric interview questions

The interview took place on an online site. It records your responses and also prompts the user to type up some information. Overall, it is not too bad of a process and it can be taken anytime and took approximately 40 minutes.

I applied online; about 2 months later, someone from a corporate office called me and did a phone screen. We set up an interview with the local mgr. When I got there, she was "not available" and they had me interview with someone who had literally started that morning as a new employee. I also talked to 2 other people who'd worked there 20 years. I was there for about 4 hours. I never heard anything back. I walked out of there knowing I didn't want to work there, but no one ever followed up with me. After about a month, I contacted my initial contact person just to say, hey, no one ever got back to me. She was very apologetic but the whole thing was pretty disorganized.
