Interview
Very behavioral with a couple of technical questions about excel, bloomberg, and SQL. Besides them gauging what you know in those three the rest of the conversation is very conversational and laid back.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online via LinkedIn. After a few weeks a response was received and a telephone interview held with the internal recruiter. Very positive. A quick response received and a telephone interview conducted with the hiring manager in the US was set up. This call happened as scheduled and was very positive and interesting. I sent a thank you email to the manager and received a quick positive response back and a connection on LinkedIn. I immediately contacted the recruiter to update her with progress. Nothing received. I wrote again to her a week later to chase next steps and her feedback - nothing received. I chased another week later to both the recruiter and manager and no response from either. It is now five weeks since the initial interviews - I am presuming my application has been unsuccessful or they have changed processes but communication would have been good
