I found everyone at Schneider to be friendly and outgoing. The main problem was how long the whole process took. I originally applied in April and after phone interviews met with several staff members in person and via HireVue. While I was considered a top candidate, I was informed in May that the position no longer existed. Then in June, the job re-appeared and I was scheduled for more interviews through August. Finally, in September, I was informed that the position was offered to another candidate. Very long and frustrating process overall...
