I met first with a recruiter, then I had an interview with the hiring manager. This wasn't highly technical but gave me an opportunity to showcase my expertise. The second interview was a bit more technical, with the director of the team and a senior data scientist. They asked me to describe several projects I've worked on in my resume and were looking to see that I could handle complex technical work. Though there was no live coding (thankfully).

Also growth opportunity. The next steps would be a call with the manager and potential panel interview after that. Requirements ultimately did not align with my background.
