Schneider Electric interview questions

The interview was focused and meaningful. Focused as in the questions were on point and related to the role being offered. Meaningful as they were asked in a way which opened up a meaningful conversation on experience and knowledge pertaining to the job requirements. There wasn't a lot of wasted time and dialogue while at the same time it did not feel rushed.

It was a smooth process. The hiring manager and recruiter were super nice and supportive through the entire time. It didn't take long to hear back from them. I thought I did my best and it paid off.
