I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric
Interview
There are a lot of rounds of interviews for this position. You start off with a personality assessment, they want to make sure you are right for the role. Then you move on forward to a HireVue. Next, you have a phone call/interview with an HR person who tells you more about the position to make sure this position is great for you. If you move on from there, the next step is 2 manager interviews 1 hour long. They ask you typical questions about your experience with working on a team, working in engineering, or any leadership roles you have been in. Finally, the last round of in reviews is a presentation and panel interview an hour-long with some executives. Then you have to wait about 2-3 weeks to hear back from them to see if you received an offer. The whole time the company communicates with you really well and makes sure you understand the entire process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked on a team and have a conflict?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Boston, MA) in Apr 2019
Interview
You start off with a personality assessment and a video interview. The personality assessment asks weird questions but its meant to gauge if you're a leader and what type of leader you'd be. After that is the one-sided video interview. You have 30 seconds to think of an answer and 30secs to 2 mins to answer, depending on the question. It's pretty straightforward "why do you want this job", "why SE?".
After that is an HR interview, 2 manager interviews, and a panel interview that requires a 15-minute presentation. I didn't make it past the HR interview because apparently, I'm not "passionate" enough. Sure. Besides that the process is straightforward and fairly easy questions. Not sure how the manager interview is.
