Schneider Electric Management Trainee interview questions

There were three rounds. First, they conducted a psychometric test followed by a technical interview which contained basic electrical engineering questions and management questions. After qualifying the technical round you get an HR interview call and it's the final round.

Was easy to moderate Need to be good with knowledge about company basic engineering and mba concepts. Demonstrate soft skills and people management ability to the recruiters. Be honest about whether you are willing to shift or not for role.
