Schneider Electric Software Developer interview questions

Interesting initial talk with the manager leading to a tech interview where you encounter amateurs who's biggest concern is method naming. Either they don't have bigger issues in the team (which I seriously doubt) or it's the height of their knowledge. Probably a good place if you're just starting out otherwise be prepared to spend years of your experience on method renaming.

Relax and friendly. Interview first with the tech lead and got code test to be solved at home with no deadline. Followed by technical interview and discuss the code and my background and interest.
