Depends on which position ur applying for manual qa or automation qa. If manual qa all concept with the logical example should be clear in ur mind. If ur applying for automation ..the frame work u work on ... Python and java u should know well. Frame include bdd cucumber ,data driven etc Protractor And basics personality skills and communicate skill are required

5 rounds of interview. 1st one was written test and it was quite difficult 2nd one technical f2f round 3rd one managerial round 4th one hr round 5th one was one more telephonic round
