I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Applied on their website with a CV and short cover letter - about a week later got a response via email outlining the role, salary expectations and if I’d like to move forward in the process.
Next was scheduling a zoom interview with one of the senior managers, this happened about a week later. 30 minute interview with questions about my background, experience, why servicenow etc. The interview was really friendly and conversational - just know what the role entails and ask alot of questions is my advice. I was told by the interviewer at the end of the 30 mins that I’d be progressing to the next stage which was a panel interview.
The panel interview which took place about 10 days after the 1st interview required you to prepare a presentation to present and discuss, the total interview was 45 mins. My panel interview had 3 interviewers: 2 senior managers and 1 more junior employee. My presentation was about a topic I had never been exposed to, so you really have to do your research as you may not know the subject at hand. The presentation was about 15 minutes and then the rest of the time will be more detailed questions relating to the role and presentation as opposed to the 1st interview which was more conversational.
The panel interview was quite challenging but in a good way - make sure you know the ins and outs of your topic and have some general knowledge about what servicenow do as a company. They will press you with hard questions here and try and get you to answer more obscure questions, but dont fold under pressure. I would advise Remaining calm under the pressuring questions and stick to your guns even if you get push back.
After this I heard back roughly a week later saying that they would be offering me the position!
The talen sourcing team/HR are very responsive and are happy to answer any questions no matter how detailed and were like this throughout the process. All in all it took about 5 weeks from applying to the job to recieving the offer! Very impressed overall with the structure of the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I expressed interest and did a phone interview with the recruiter who messaged me. The interview took place on a Friday and at the end of the interview they said to take the weekend to think about it and send them a message on Monday about how I feel regarding the role and company. I sent a message on Monday that I was interested in next steps. Nothing. I waited three days and sent a follow up reminder. Nothing.
Getting ghosted when I didn't even apply to the role is on another level of unprofessionalism in my opinion.
Please, don't waste our time if you can't even send a copy and paste "not right now" rejection.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Recruiter emailed once a month to check in and make sure our interests still aligned. After 2 months of emails, finally got an interview. The interview was basically an informal conversation and barely asked questions about my experience, capabilities, etc.
Was immediately rejected and no response to any of my thank you emails. Awful experience. No regard for the interviewee’s time
