I've been contacted via LinkedIn by their talent acquisition regarding customer success role. I agreed to hear them out and they fixed me the first interview, which went absolutely amazing according to what the interviewer said. The agreed that they will let me know about next steps (assignment). I never heard from them after that, they did not even bother to explained why they decided not to proceed. The way they treated me in this occasion it says a lot about their company culture and I'm happy I did not go to work for this company at the end.

recruiter call, hiring manager, panel, final the feedback session during panel was definately not constructive. i felt attacked in some way and overall inefficient. recruiters are slow to reply back as well.
