Phone screening with the hiring manager followed by the onsite/webex interview with the team. Had the needed work experience, provided specific examples of how experience matches job requirements, did really deep research on the product and company ("why servicenow") and communicated strong interest in helping with the compliance efforts. Unfortunately, it turns out they follow the commonplace hiring practice of providing no specific rejection reasoning whatsoever and just say "other candidates are better match", so be ready to have no clue what you've done wrong or what experience is missing.
All hard feelings aside, it's a shame that the hiring team was not able to see through the interview formalities and select someone truly interested in the role/company and ready to work really hard to be successful.
On a positive side, at least they do not ask for a half-day interview marathon and you only do 30 mins discussions with 3 team members.
