I have applied through an job portal and later i have received an call from HR, I was called for interview process on March 10th at Hyderabad office. I had a written test for the first round and i have cleared it, later followed by a Technical round f2f round, I have also cleared this round. On the same day i had a Managerial Round for almost 25mins and I was informed i have cleared all the rounds so far. Later I called HR for next process and I was informed that the certain person is on leave. After a week there was an Technical discussion scheduled with Australia team. After this i had a Director round at Hyderabad office, i had a discussion/question which were not like a technical related. After this again i had another Technical round, after this i was informed that it is positive from the Panel. It almost took one month of time for this process The HR who scheduled my first round was moved to other team, so i have to connect with the new HR. After almost 1 and half month i again asked and they informed its positive. But suddenly after a day they informed that the technical skill have not matched. But i wonder why were the 5 rounds taken if the skills have not matched. I have almost wasted 1 and half month of time. Wanted to inform that please confirm first with HR and dont waste your time, i have also seen a similar kind of reviews with few others. Overall a bad experience and waste of time, even after completing the final rounds.

Hour long technical interview with some fairly easy coding problems in JavaScript, Java, and Sql. Just finished a second interview with 4 managers that focused on personalities and scenarios. Overall pretty smooth and quick process. Happened all within 2 weeks.
