First round interview is usually with the hiring manager. Smooth process, looking for culture fit and genuine passion. Next few rounds are with stakeholders and other people on the team. Generally casual conversations to see if you'll be a good fit. If you're interviewing on the product side, familiarize yourself with their lingo.
Hiring recruiter then meeting with 4 different people from the marketing team. Took about 2 months then ghosted. Wasnt a bad process just wished they didn't string along the process.
