ServiceNow Sr. Advisory Solution Consultant interview questions

The phone screening was pretty standard and the 2nd interview was with the hiring manager. All was good until the end of that interview. The hiring manager said that I would receive a response on whether I would be moving forward within a day or two--after a full month of waiting, getting ghosted by the recruiter, I finally received a formal rejection email. Not sure why it took so long to get that formal rejection. It didn't feel good at all to be strung out for a few weeks before I had to finally give up on it.
