ServiceNow Senior Quality Assurance Engineer interview questions

How is the company running in India with such a worst HR culture ? No communication from HR over call for scheduling interview.. Candidate has to run behind HR even to schedule the next round of interview.. Adding to this after the completion HR is unaware even though I cleared the interview.. Pathetic HR department i would say.. even startups have better HR department!! Even after providing the offer letter HR don't pick the call or reply back for any clarification. Please stay away from ServiceNow HRs

HR called within a week of applying and scheduled the first round of interviews. First round was a video interview with a Senior Director. We discussed about my past experiences, skills and expectations. Same day I got invitation for the next round. Second round was a technical discussion. I was asked very ordinary questions about manual testing and OOPS concepts which I was able to answer easily. But thereafter there was no further communication from the Service Now team, even after sending multiple emails requesting the status of my candidature. Basically they ghosted me. Considering that the interview was so easy, I doubt if they had any intention of hiring me at all. Bunch of unprofessional people.
