I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was quick and pleasant. It started with a few phone calls and nudges with the recruiter and quickly became and onsight interview. My hiring manager and a few employees remotely zoomed in while my director and a few product managers flew out to meet me, which was great.
The interview consisted of a walkthrough phone preso of my portfolio and a discussion about design. The next step was to present to the director, VP , PM's and a few designers on-site and via zoom. This was quite standard and straightforward. No design exercise, (thats a huge plus) that made me think they trusted my history.
Next step went fairly quick, I had an offer within a week and details of my exact position worked out during this time.
