I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
My interview process went very, very quickly. I believe I applied on a Friday night, was contacted on Monday by their HR recruiter via e-mail to see when I'd be available for a phone chat. First phone screening was booked for the very next day on Tuesday, second interview on Wednesday, with my in-person interview that Friday. By the end of the day on Friday, the job was mine. The interview process included two phone interviews/screenings and one in person, all of which I felt very comfortable and able to be myself.
Although very tedious and and thorough of a process, by the end of it I felt I knew enough about the company, their values, and the culture to know that there would be no hesitation to say yes on my end if they offered me the position.
I currently only completed phase one of the process. It was challenging but I wouldn’t say too hard. They have you submit video of yourself and complete a few questions with a “sandbox” version of their CRM
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Eriwan, ) in Apr 2024
Interview
The overall process consisted of 4 stages: the first one was a 30-minute screening with the HR, then an on-site assessment test which was followed by two on-site interviews, including a mock call session. The overall process was well organized and the TA in charge always provided feedback and updates regarding the next stages in a timely manner. The 2 main interview stages were quite interesting and engaging.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked a variety of questions but the overall focus was on behavioral and situational ones(e.g. what would you do in this or that scenario), there were also a couple of logical questions.
The process is that you initially meet with general recruiter that goes over expectations and prep you for the next rounds.
The next step is to take an electronic assessment which can be challenging.
The final step is to interview with current Support Supervisors. It's usually two people that you'll interview with.
