I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Jan 2021
Interview
Super original and fun interview process. First, you need to take a personality test that lets them know how you work. Next, you will do a 30 minute phone screening. Finally, you’ll have an hour long video interview with 4 supervisors from the department, and then you’ll be asked to take a wpm test and write 4 sentences for 2 writing prompts. After about 4 days, I recieved an offer from them! Everyone was super kind and made the interview process a lot easier.

Question 1
How would you troubleshoot a Facebook app that stopped downloading?
I currently only completed phase one of the process. It was challenging but I wouldn’t say too hard. They have you submit video of yourself and complete a few questions with a “sandbox” version of their CRM
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Eriwan, ) in Apr 2024
Interview
The overall process consisted of 4 stages: the first one was a 30-minute screening with the HR, then an on-site assessment test which was followed by two on-site interviews, including a mock call session. The overall process was well organized and the TA in charge always provided feedback and updates regarding the next stages in a timely manner. The 2 main interview stages were quite interesting and engaging.

Question 1
I was asked a variety of questions but the overall focus was on behavioral and situational ones(e.g. what would you do in this or that scenario), there were also a couple of logical questions.
The process is that you initially meet with general recruiter that goes over expectations and prep you for the next rounds.
The next step is to take an electronic assessment which can be challenging.
The final step is to interview with current Support Supervisors. It's usually two people that you'll interview with.
