Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we chatted on a phone call. I really enjoyed the transparency on salary and the need for both parties to find a great fit. Then I met with the hiring manager, took a offline skills assessment, and then met with the director and the hiring manager again to review my analysis.
It was a super quick process! They gave me a very competitive offer a couple hours after the final interviews

What is your preferred management style?
The process went quickly and there was good follow up, but the steps following receiving an offer were worse- offer was taken away after being given to me in pursuit of another candidate, which I dont think was the way to handle that.
