There was a lady who took the interview, She was like she is the only one who understands coding stuff in this whole world. She was taking the questions on the person front instead of focusing on the problem statement. She was answering multiple phone calls in between the interview. The thing is when they didn't had enough time to conduct the interview, why did they call candidates for it. She asked me for the hard copy of my resume, and after the interview she told to get hard copy my resume to keep with me as she already had the soft copy of it. Then why did you wanted hard copy?
