Siemens Engineer interview questions

Fair and straightfoward, the conversation was to the point and the difficulty level correct. HR personel was very friendly. Good starting point to get to know the company. The experience was possitive overall.

I applied on their website and I got invited to an interview. After about 3 months they contacted me via email to ask me if I will still be available after 6 months, with no guarantee that they will offer me a position then.
