Very chill coffee chat, just show confidence, maintain eye contact, firm handshake, do your homework and give examples of projects you have done. Be on time, dress in formal attire (there were interviewees in shorts and slippers who obviously did not get in). Be polite, say thank you and follow up at the end by saying "Contact me when I'm shortlisted, it was nice to meet you!". All boils down to being genuine and confident

In the interview, I started from a self-introduction and answered questions from the interviewer regarding my backgrounds. Then, the interviewer explained the job responsibilities. The entire process took around 15 mins.
