Online assessment followed by in person workshop day. Assessed our team working as well as problem solving skills. Final interview with head of the scheme was the most demanding, including some broad technical questions and questions about your own experience.

The interviewer was good and the questions were mostly basic OOPS to test the fundamentals of the candidate. They focused on resumes mostly and asked a lot of questions from the same.
