Interview
The interview was thorough involving a number of people from the department who would be expected to interact with my role. I believe the interview was fair and balanced. Those who interviewed me were transparent about the expectations of the role. At every step through the process I was kept informed.
It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Interview
Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
The first interview was with the Project Supervisor that briefed me on the role. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and professional. I was put at ease through the process
