Please don't waste your time giving interviews for this company . I can say this with certainity that there are illegal things happening in recruitment. If any sensible senior person from the company is reading this , I urge you to conduct an internal audit and review of the recruitment process and how people have been chosen and selected,specially the senior profiles. 1st round - Face to face interview at electronic city campus ( I was informed is a not walk-in, but I saw around 20 project managers waiting in the lobby). I was called in at 10 o clock and my actual interview took place at 1 o clock. Normal PM interview questions, I cleared the 1st round, the second round was by a senior PM on the same day which I cleared and they said they will get back to me. After 4 weeks they setup next round of discusison with some very senior person in the same campus. It went for more than an hour and the qulaity of interview questions were very good. I got an update within a couple of days from the cosnusltancy that I have cleared this round and next will be the HR discussion. HR round - This is where the fun begins. On 3 instances when the HR discussion was officially scheduled, the interviewer didn't show up. They didn't even have the basic courtesy to inform back or apologize. Finally, after close to 2.5 months i got a call randomly in the morning where the interviewer while driving his car to the office talked on his bluetooth car speakers. I just took it , it went for close to 30 mins and he sounded very satisfied by the end of it and also informed me that I can call him back anytime on his mobile if I have any queries and his team will get back to me on the compensation part in a couple of days. I waited for more than a week. I checked with the consultancy folks , they tried following up but no response. I tried calling them directly but no response . I finally said the consultancy folks that I need an final update as I have waited for close to 3 months in this interview process. They came back with an answer next day saying that they have got an email from saying my profile is on hold. I felt frustrated by the end of it that they are spoiling and misusing the Siemens brand and wasting peoples precious time. It appears they are operating in a model where they get are doing favouritism during the interview process. Experience it in your own to believe this.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.
