Interview
It first started with an Online application, then it was followed by Telephone interviews then in-person interview. The hardest part was an in person interview as there was more than person present. I felt it was overwhelming for me personally.

Easy, mostly communication and basic knowledge about data strucures, first interview was to create a video of responding to culture based questions and the second interview was with the mentor to ask us simple data structures questions
