Das Vorstellungsgespräch bei Siemens war eine durchweg positive und professionelle Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm, und die Interviewer haben einen äußerst kompetenten und respektvollen Eindruck hinterlassen. Der gesamte Ablauf war gut strukturiert, und es gab ausreichend Gelegenheit, Fragen zu stellen. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass man sich wirklich Zeit genommen hat, auf meine Stärken und Erfahrungen einzugehen. Die gestellten Fragen waren herausfordernd, aber fair, und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass echtes Interesse an meiner Person und meiner Eignung für die Position besteht. Insgesamt war es eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung, die ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
