Siemens Manager interview questions

Started with an external agency, then moved to the hiring manager. I see it as very bureaucratic as SIEMENS has a full structure in HR. This could save them a lot of money and time

Detailed 2-step interview process. Was referred by a mutual acquaintance. First interview was telephonic - lasted almost 2 hours and very detailed. Mostly technical and functional discussions with some emphasis on company values and best fit etc. Second interview was face to face interview with management - more emphasis on company values and best fit etc but with some overview of technical and functional competencies as well.
