Half English and half chiness. First half is self-introduction , working experience in english and the second half is about the job nature in chinese. 3 interviewers in total, one is HR and other 2 are the manager.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch begann mit einer kurzen Vorstellungsrunde, in der sich sowohl die Gesprächspartner als auch ich selbst vorgestellt haben. Anschließend wurden mir Fragen zu meinem beruflichen Werdegang, meinen Qualifikationen und meiner Motivation für die Position gestellt. Danach wurden die Aufgaben und Erwartungen an die Stelle detailliert erläutert. Im letzten Teil hatte ich die Möglichkeit, eigene Fragen zu stellen, bevor wir das weitere Vorgehen und den zeitlichen Ablauf des Auswahlprozesses besprochen haben.
