Siemens Senior Software Developer interview questions

It took one full day for for completing just two technical rounds. Interview process was not at all organised. By the time they called me for 2 nd round, no managers were available to conduct the 2 nd round for me as everyone were busy leaving for the day. Finally the hr called some person who was about to leave and asked that person to conduct the 2 nd round and after it is over, they asked me to wait for feedback. But no HR turned up to give me a feedback and finally the security guard asked me to leave as it was late and told me that hr will call me for further rounds. But sadly nobody called me after that. I took one day leave to attend this interview and it was total waste of time. I don’t understand why these recruiters play with people’s emotions who are earnestly seeking for job. Few Hr people working there seriously don’t have the basic common sense of giving a feedback to the candidates who attended the interview that day. Whether selected or rejected, the candidate has the right to know the interview result which I dint know till now. They r conducting interviews for fun.
