I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
The CSM interview process was fairly rigorous for an IC position, but overall very positive. It consisted of:
1) Recruiter phone screen
2) Hiring manager phone screen
3) In-person "panel" interview with the HM and another CS leader
4) Final presentation with CS leadership (including VP of Global CS & Head of CS)
The interviewers asked extremely thoughtful (but open-ended) questions, and wanted to see that I had specific examples from previous roles when answering each. While the CS team @ Slack is growing quickly, I got the impression that they were/are being very selective about who they choose to bring on board. This, combined with the product, company vision, growth potential, and caliber of the other team members made accepting the offer exciting and easy.
One additional side note: the recruiting team was extremely flexible and responsive throughout the process, which was fantastic. Go team.

PPT interview
But last interview, need to prep for PPT just for the interview, actually that is waste of time for interviewer.
It need at least 5 hrs to prepare and show the PPT. Who can compensate my time?
