The process consisted of: initial phone screen with the recruiter, second screen with hiring manager, onsite panel interview, onsite presentation to panel. It was well organized and the details were always clearly explained. Everyone, from the recruiter, to the recruiting coordinator and on to my eventual manager was also highly responsive.

Long winded, poor communication and rushed interviews. The recruitment team seem to be overstretched, which means they take a long time to tell you anything. The main interview was rushed, and the interviewee gave feedback that didn't match the answers I gave in the interview. The whole process reflects badly on what is a good company, based on the experience I received I would have turned down the offer if hadn't already accepted an offer elsewhere.
