I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The interview process felt warm and organic. The team had done their research on my background and asked relevant questions. I left the interview excited about the opportunity to join Slack. After working at a couple of techs top Giants, Slack provides a much more personal experience.

Interview
Initial with Technical Recruiter, I have never had such a disingenius experience. Followed up with a canned rejection email. I highly suggest leading with empathy. Slack has a long way to go and needs to hire better recruiters

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Slack (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was referred for the role. Had an initial call with the recruiter, then a Zoom interview with a manager then 2 more Zoom interviews. It took 2 weeks to get a decision though I was initially told I would have a decision in a week's time. Overall it was a positive experience and I was kept updated during the process. Really enjoyed my conversations.
