Very clear process. First it was an assessment where they asked typical questions of examples of great customer service given. All ideally answered with examples. Then if you pass, the Recruiter will have a call with you where a few more questions about background and experience and why Slack, salary expectation, etc. Then you will have a 30 min interview with a manager where they will ask you more questions about your current role, experiences, etc. If you pass all this, finally you will have a 1:30 hour interview divided into three sections, with manager, a senior customer agent and another manager at the end. Similar questions during the whole interviews but different.
