Slack Manager interview questions

- Phone screening with the recruiter - Phone interview with the hiring manager - Second phone interview with the same hiring manager, with many of the same exact questions It has since been 4 weeks. I have followed up several times via phone and email and have not received any response.

I applied online , 2 weeks later I got an email from recruiter to set up a telephone interview. I replied with suggested times , and 2 weeks on still radio silence , even after sending a follow up email. Needless to say the experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth and the recruitment team should address the slow response times. Their competitors have a much quicker recruitment process . I applied at the same time and I have a final interview with one of their competitors . I am baffled as to how it can take so long to arrange an initial telephone screen interview. Needless to say I'm no longer interested in working at Slack because of this. It is a pity as I love using their product
